We sell packaged food products made from roasted foxnuts. We aim to display accurate descriptions, ingredient information, packaging, and images, but minor differences may occur due to natural product variation, packaging updates, screen settings, and supplier changes. Customers with allergies should read the label on the product received before consuming.
4. Pricing, Orders & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We may update pricing, promotions, product assortment, or availability at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel orders in cases of pricing mistakes, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.
5. Refund Policy for Food Products
Because Nourish Pops products are perishable food items, orders are not eligible for return or refund once shipped. This policy applies to orders placed through our website and, subject to marketplace rules, to orders placed through Amazon or authorized partners.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, materially compromised, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@nourish-pops.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

If you purchased Nourish Pops through Amazon, Amazon's marketplace procedures may apply to the transaction. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds may be restricted after shipment.

Shipping Policy

3. Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Nourish Pops is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

Once an order has been handed to a carrier, delays caused by weather, transit disruptions, or other third-party issues are outside our direct control.
5. Perishable Food Handling
Nourish Pops products are food items. Once delivered, customers are responsible for bringing the package indoors promptly, and reviewing the package condition on arrival.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives visibly damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if the product appears materially compromised, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@nourish-pops.com.
7. Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
